Daily Duties at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc:
Support the Head Global Emerging Markets Equity Strategist in his quantitative research efforts. Support the quantitative research needs of institutional clients and the Sales and Trading desks. Market the Equity Strategy quantitative research products. Perform quantitative, statistical and fundamental analyses to identify trends and investment opportunities in Emerging Markets companies, sectors and markets. Perform the valuation of equity financial assets. Produce periodical quantitative research reports. Service and manage relationships with institutional clients. Assist clients in developing financial models and backtesting strategies. Manage the Emerging Markets quantitative research group.
