Daily Duties at Referentia Systems Incorporated:
Oversee marketing communications for internal and external audiences. Produce collateral materials reflecting the strategic marketing and messaging of the Defense contractor. Manage community service planning events and programs for 100+ staff. Direct tradeshow participation and sponsorships on U.S. Mainland and in Hawaii. Serve as media liaison, draft and issue news releases. Serve as program manager of Multimedia and eLearning projects; manage a creative team of three to develop web portals, social networking platforms and eLearning projects for the University of Hawaii and the DoD. Responsible for delivering projects on-time and on-budget with all deliverables met.
