• New model projects: 10M Honda Crosstour, 12M Honda CRV, 12.5M Acura RDX • As the Body/Exterior Technical Leader at East Liberty Plant, I oversaw the work of 10 engineers and had final technical approval for specification development for the Body/Exterior category. This included preventing foreseeable past problems on new models, finding new model design concerns and applying countermeasures before mass production, overseeing performance and test failure analysis, guaranteeing design change application, providing technical resource to manufacturing, and managing design-related issues for manufacturing
