- Contributed to problem-based issues and ticket resolution by managing network changes for customers with various needs. - Supported and executed critical division project campaigns (organizational application changes and storage initiatives within set deadlines) - Sustained positive organizational experience amid reorganization, management change, and restructuring of technical support guidelines. - Directed student internship program presentation projects and initiatives by assisting technical staff with Windows 2000/XP Upgrade project campaign and provided contributory information pertinent to the development of Knowledge Base (KB) with Tech Dev. Group. - Edited and manipulated IPEEE Nuclear Reports to electronic format to organize and reference Nuclear Reports into Technical library database. - Conducted DHCP, VPN, SDUSS (storage) project initiatives to promote information structure and organization.
