Owner and Manager Day Spa, Salon & Tanning/”Master” Nail Technician  Managed day-to-day activities of the Day Spa/Salon & Tanning Studio (32 hair stylists & nail technicians, 21 tanning beds, day spa)  Adhered to professional standards in industry regulations and guidelines  Ensured all local, state and federal regulations regarding cleanliness, accessibility and safety of the facility  Administered, planned and evaluated top-notch services for clients and ensured that a high standard of customer care was delivered to each client  Hired, trained and monitored the performance of all employees  Managed all marketing, advertising and sales  General office duties (supply inventory control, payroll, gift certificates/cards)
