Daily Duties at Net Results Consulting, Inc:
Executive Director for a (501c) non-profit organization that was an education-based entity comprised of 25 Fortune 500 companies, universities, and State and Federal government agencies from the U.S. and other countries. Reporting to the Board of Directors, I was responsible for facilitating, developing and implementing: • Strategic plans, • Business forecasts, • Financial plans and annual budgets, • Training materials and programs, • Operating policies & procedures, • Fundraising strategies and programs, • Marketing strategies and programs, • Event planning strategies and programs, • Public relations strategies, • Day-to-day operations (including management of staff & contractors of over 50 people), • Human Resources and Customer Service strategies and programs • Information technology and web-based systems.
