Daily Duties at Urban Express Logistics:
Responsible for the overall warehouse operation---Customer Service, Dispatch, Warehouse and Special Accounts Departments. Directed 5 supervisors, 2 managers and 60 employees. Created and led the execution of processes that resulted in a disciplined, productive and motivated group of employees. Managed the warehouse operation which included Receiving, Order Processing/Put-away, QI/cycle counts, and Outbound operations.
