Daily Duties at Exel Direct:
Managed the largest Sears dedicated site in the U.S. Responsible for an office staff consisting of 7 employees and 2 operations supervisors in addition to managing 59 independent delivery teams. Lead the day-to-day management of financials, implementation and monitoring of safety initiatives and DOT regulations. Developed staff training initiatives to promote quality and performance management. Analyzed current processes and identified key areas for improvement. Implemented process changes that positively affected all operational areas of the delivery, installation and distribution of our client’s product.
