Responible for developing, implementing,and achieving district objectives that support regional and corporate objectives through effective and efficient use of training managers,sales merchandising managers,merchandisers and counselors. Also had reponsibility for selecting, motivating and developing all district associates along with the creation and implementation of a plan that ensures all retail outlets where properly merchandised and serviced on a timely basis. Maximized store level sales through selling displays, sevice and inventory control plan. Resolved problems and/ or situations that inhibit good busines relations between Scotts and customers. Communicated and monitored corporate and regional performance stantards and the execution of plans and programs that deliver regional an d coporate profit and sales objectives. Adminiistered and controlled district expense budgets.
