TRAINING / OPERATION OFFICER U.S. ARMY, ECC • Ft. Belvoir, VA • 3/2011-6/2011 Contributed human resources expertise to the Expeditionary Contracting Command (ECC), G3 Operations and Training Branch. Worked directly with employees making the decisions that affected them regarding training and operations, which required a careful balance of people skills and analytical management. Identified the various strategic and operational training and development needs/issues of the organization, brought to the attention of the ECC, G3, Chief of Training, and worked with them to establish responsive development strategies and training plans. Researched, cataloged and updated the ECC and subordinated commands all emerging training doctrine and policies. Delivered semi-annual executive presentations on training program performance measurements, overall effectiveness, and provided an updated training brief slide packet. Projected and maintained a positive, professional image that reflected well on the overall organization.
