Daily Duties at Cress Creek Golf And Country Club:
My second year at Cress Creek I was promoted to Director of Food and Beverage while still retaining all of my duties as Executive chef. Menu creation, Banquet coordination, ordering of food and beverage, sheduling, sanitation, Management of four depatments(Main Dining Reastaurant, Player's Lounge Causal Dining Restaurant, Banquet Sales and Coordination, Pool Cabana Concession Stand).
