08/78 - 12/81 Catering Staff - Hostess, cashier, bartender, and server for the catering department. 12/81 – 03/96 Catering Supervisor & Coordinator - Supervisor of temporary staff, set up and tear down for all events, catering coordinator, cashier, ran the hot dog cart & scheduled cart and catering staff for events.
