Daily Duties at Calco's Assisted Living Facility, Llc:
• Supervised all personnel staff and approximately 300 employees • Responsible for maximizing project fee income by revision of contracts. • Responsible for new business affairs, business developments, promotion and special project management. • Implemented the training program for management and orientation program for all new staff • Planned and implemented all new policies and regulations for the residential facility, including health, safety, and day programming • Advised at board meetings of financial status, provided regular reports for fiscal budget • Ensured compliance with state, federal regulations including JCAHO,OSHA, labor laws, COBRA, FMLA and ADA regulations • Prepared the fiscal year budget • Managed complaints and grievances for employees • Conduct investigations
