Daily Duties at Abercrombie & Kent Limited, :

Responsible for the development, implementation and review of personnel and administrative policies, systems and procedures. Administration of staff benefits, manpower assessment and development (career and succession planning). Coordinating performance appraisal and management action. Assessing staff training and development needs, developing training programs, conducting training. Staff recruitment and engagement, reward management and supervision of staff in the division.
