Communicated with Film Buyers, SVP, distributors, advertising, analysis, theatre personnel, and couriers to synchronize screen content, specs, and schedules for Northern California and Illinois theaters. Fielded requests, negotiated fees and schedules for trailers, sneak previews, promos, and open caption screenings. Order screening content from Independent and Art distributors, track and distribute media materials for review. Human Resources duties included the following. Reviewed and evaluated discrepancy reports to update corporate database, facilitated new-hire tax form submissions, researched and prepared unemployment claims, employee verifications, and managed The Summer 2006 Referral Bonus Program.
