• Built Managed Service Department from one part-time employee and Client to a sustainable company offering, earning $1 million in revenue annually. • Managed ongoing web production, content, user database, hosting, metrics, and program communications for twelve Clients across thirty B2B and B2C Websites. • Subject matter expert and liaison between Sales, Creative, Programming, and Production Teams from bid through post-production, and transition to managed service. • Scoped and documented technical and functional requirements. • QA and troubleshooting • Managed budget, invoices, billing, vendor relations, and schedules. • Coordinated production of a million dollar Wine & Spirits Distributor training platforms. • Administered digital assets from pre through post production • Created and maintained Master Design Document to map video, animation, prompts, and asset organization.
