Daily Duties at Powerwave Technologies:
Training and developmentneeds analsys though collaboration with operations and Executive Management. Development, design, and delivery of training programs which include, leadership, floor managemnt, customer service, sales, change management. Improve upon existing training curriculum as well as design new curriculum to meet the changing needs of the company. Evaluate training effectiveness through Kirkpatrick levels of evaluation include ROI. Class room and webinar facilitation with the use of Webex. Use of adult theory principles in both design and delivery of training. redesogned and branded training materials Train both hourly employees and mid - senior level management Partner with department and operatin managers to ensure that all certified training is completed and updated as needed. Work closely with executive team to develop intermediate and long range training strategies and tactics Travel to various locations to conduct training.
