-Promoted from Client Representative to Client Specialist/Team Lead -Served as team lead to other representatives and provided daily guidance and support -Managed six accounts while coaching representatives and creating process documents for their use and guide -Supervised team members on client assignments and other responsibilities such as escalations and disputes -Worked closely with teams on Escrows, Titles and Appraisals -Proactively made follow up calls to clients and provided constant client communication regarding status of issues or inquiries -Coordinated conference calls between clients and various operational departments and managed the calls by introducing key players -Ran Issue tracking reports (ICAP and ILS60 systems) to track claims and managed client information and issues -Exported reports to Microsoft Excel to identify and summarize client issues and perform trend analysis -Determined cause and effect of client issues and took corrective actions to resolve client issues as well as documented the process
