Daily Duties at Dst Output:

-Facilitated communication among DST Output and Boston Financial Data services as well as other sub-clients -Maintained effective relationships with clients and provide excellent client service -Managed the report process and ensured that monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, marketing reports and mutual fund statements were sent to clients in a timely manner -Provided day-to-day client support by interfacing with various departments within DST Output -Communicated regularly with clients, anticipated requests and researched and resolved client questions and problems -Contributed toward complex requirements by working independently on procedures, processes and techniques
