Daily Duties at Lake Lithograph:
Supported Controller in managing operation workflow. Excelled within deadline-intensive environment, ensuring accurate and on-time completion of projects. Performed accounts receivable duties including invoicing, cash application, researching chargebacks, discrepancies, issuing credit memos, reconciliations, responding to customer requests for documentation, and contacted customers regarding upaid and underpaid accounts attempting to resolve all issues while maintaining a pleasant and positive attitude. Liaised with vendors to order and maintain office and warehouse inventory. When required, assisted in all areas of administrative work, including but not limited to, standardizing the filing room so that required files were just a fingertip away, research, data entry, and receptionist duties.
