At first a member of the direct mail team, then the general advertising team and design group. Worked cohesively with senior creatives and writers, account executives and the production team. Responsible for the visual execution and direction of projects to maximize impact and meet or exceed client and agency expectations for excellence in various media - print, outdoor, direct mail, online, etc. Contributed to design process and concept/comp development at the agency level. Taught and influenced junior staff, whether direct- or indirect reports. Identified and hired photographers and illustrators, and art directs photo shoots and commissions.
