Daily Duties at Barnabas Health/The Marathon Group:

Leads art direction with a team of 4 direct-report designers. Ensures the design deliverables are consistent with clients’ needs and requirements, and comply with design and brand standards. Identify and hire photographers and illustrators that are appropriate for the project, and direct photo shoots and commissions. Works cohesively with senior management, writers, account executives and the production team. Personally responsible for a dozen or two projects at a time. Train, teach and mentor junior designers and interns. Has hired talented staff to make us proud.
