Responsible for ensuring that the Portsmouth and Paducah DUF6 Conversion Projects attain an acceptable state of readiness prior to start of the Contractor and DOE ORRs. Utilizing a staff of Readiness Leaders, Readiness Assist Team members, and Conduct of Operations Assist Team members, ensured the proper execution of the Construction Turnover process; maintenance of the Project readiness schedule; coordination of evidence file verification; execution of independent program reviews; performance of MSA; conduct of the Contractor ORR; implementation of Conduct of Operation; etc. Responsible for walkdowns of equipment and processes and quality reviews that resulted in identification of numerous quality issues.
