Daily Duties at Bell South:
Created customized billing arrangement for customers to minimize time required for bill review, analysis, payment and accounting of telecommunication expenses. Provided support for Customized Large User Bill (CLUB), Bill Management Service (a PC based billing software), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Magnetic Tape billing. Developed, documented and implemented new procedures to increase throughput and productivity. Provided support for BellSouth Long Distance bill format and delivery opportunities.
