Daily Duties at Walmart:
Develop and manage cross-divisional, high-profile training solutions in partnership with stake holders, subject matter experts, vendors and suppliers to ensure strategic goals are aligned and projects are executed in a way that exceeds customer expectations. Also negotiate and manage contracts and SOW agreements. Collaborate with partners to pool and leverage resources to maximize economies of scale and avoid redundancies of projects and efforts throughout the company.
