Oversee Human Resources as an H/R manager for 5 different companies *Oversee Compliance and HIPAA requirements for Home Health, Outpatient Rehab Services, and Oxygen/DME agencies; assist in JCAHO accreditation process and procedures with owners and Upper Management Maintain Human Resources Database for employees in 5 different agencies (which includes professional licensure, CPR training, TB/Hepatitis records, Criminal Background checks) *Assist Upper Management with Project Management and the Annual Strategic Business Plan and other financial management *Assist Owner of Outpatient Rehab Clinic with day-to-day operations being conducted in accordance with clinical policies and procedures as well as regulatory agencies *Maintain and update Employee Handbook annually and Maintain/update Employee Benefits package *Assist in development of Staff and Team Development and Retainment program and assist with marketing teams *
