Daily Duties at Galisteo Medical Complex:

• Financial management including the accounting functions: A/R, A/P, budgeting, payroll, and P & L sheets as well as balance sheets for the physician owners. • Supervise and regulate all Human Resources function within the practice: including staff supervision and motivation, patient flow processes, customer service, front office procedures. • Responsible for credentialing and privileging for doctors and mid-levels • Responsible for business development and overhead management. • Oversee and supervise the IT functions within the practice. • Responsible for daily Healthcare Management such as recruitment, new hire orientation, employee relations, and administration of benefit and leave programs, exit interviews, performance evaluation process, training programs and other essential human resource activities. • Supervise the quarterly training seminars as well as the training for supervisors and managers and assist employees through complex issues while complying with state & federal regulations and company guidelines. • Responsible for compliance policies and procedures, general operating policies, and training sessions on conflict negotiations. • Assist the physicians with marketing within the community for ultrasound procedures, wellness awareness programs, and other services related to this medical practice.
