Daily Duties at Fs Elliott Company, Llc:
Reports to the Global Parts Manager and collaborates with engineering, project managers, vendors, buyers, production, shipping and freight forwarders to answer technical inquiries in the form of emails with attached supporting documentation. Documents may be int the form of proposals, orders, engineering drawings, or technical discussions that support response. Main objective is to provide the quickest response while applying excellent service skills that secure the sale of aftermarket parts, while increasing total sales on a yearly basis.
