Daily Duties at Reuters:
•Worked with Web Service developers to successfully implement transactional data (i.e. M&A, Equity Offerings) for an Investment Banking and Management product. •Wrote functional specifications and monitored development’s progress to ascertain the delivery of a winning product or component. •Worked closely with lead developers, QA Team and backend API analysts to make sure the content was successfully integrated into the product. •Established client relationships to reinforce purchase decision and enhanced user-experience by providing a greater level of transparency to them. •Managed all aspects of the quarterly release cycle of the product related to communications both internally and externally. •Conducted and managed the training schedule (release notes, online sessions, and follow-up) to ensure frontline owners can properly support each release version. •Designed and updated the marketing page to facilitate pushing relevant information to the users. •Tracked client issues/requests/feedback and communicated to them when such items have been incorporated into a release.
