•Interacted with Equity Capital Market users to understand their needs and translated these needs into requirements for the Equity Syndication product. •Managed the implementation of Credit Suisse syndication product rollout and wrote functional specifications, which described the client’s key requirements. •Acted as the relationship manager for top tier clients such as BofA Merrill Lynch and Citigroup. •Designed test scripts and worked with QA and Technology for successful execution and rollout of the product. •Monitored and identified defects in the product to ensure an industry-leading product on a quarterly basis. •Supervised junior product analysts and trained them for organizational and presentation skills. •Managed a major Canadian client that has Canadian specific product requirements and ensured these requirements meet the Canadian market needs.
