Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all accounting and financial statements. Supervise day to day accounting staff of 6, and financial operations. Oversee timely financial close process of US and Mexico operations. Prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with US GAAP. Research and apply accounting standards to complex transactions. Develop technical skills of accounting staff. Create financial control environment, implement business policies, and design internal controls. Manage reporting requirements and presentations to owners and banks. Coordinate planning and execution of external audits. Support management with financial and operational information. Review and approve customer quotations for production contracts. Drive continuous improvement across financial operations. Communicate technical accounting requirements and implications to both technical and non-technical audiences. Utilize hands on approach supported by a mastery of the details and proficiency using financial systems and data analysis tools, while exhibiting a strong sense of urgency with a results oriented focus.
