Prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with US GAAP. Research and apply accounting standards to complex transactions. Develop technical skills of accounting staff. Create financial control environment, implement business policies, and design internal controls in compliance with SOX. Manage reporting requirements and presentations to the audit committee of BOD, banks and shareholders. Coordinate planning and execution of external audit. Support management with financial and operational information. Drive continuous improvement across financial operations. Communicate technical accounting requirements and implications to both technical and non-technical audiences. Utilize hands on approach supported by a mastery of the details and proficiency using financial systems and data analysis tools, while exhibiting a strong sense of urgency with a results oriented focus.
