Daily Duties at American Endoscopy Services, Inc.:
Recruited, hired and managed multiple teams at several hospital partner sites in Northeast U.S. Developed budgets for each site and managed P&L's for each site. On-site implementation of program over 3-4 week period, then routine site visits to maintain superior level of customer service. Introduced products and service to hospital personnel through multiple in-service lectures and intra-operative case support. Made recommendations to hospital administrative personnel as to areas of further cost savings opportunities.
