Daily Duties at Consumers Energy:

As Certified Plant Control I worked as the lead person coordinating both Maintenance-Operations and our Tech/Engineering Depts. employees with Switching and Tagging orders. Review, correction and approval of such orders carried out by my PCO 2, Auxillary operators.Review and modifications of such orders and My role with my managers in developing and changing standard safety practices with the coordination of our companies Safety standards dept.I also led in continous monitoring of both remove from and restore to services of our Major Outages of Generators and Auxillary, including safe restoration of such units with goals and deadlines from both our local management team and Area Power Control systems operators.
