Monitored vital signs as ordered. When Charge nurse set assignments for staff. Supervised Mental Health Workers during shift. Performed admissions and discharges. Monitored mental status of clients, Always available to clients to talk. Developed therapeutic relationships maintaining professional boundaries. Transcribed orders, and passed medications. Planned care based on best practice. Left because the nurses did not ever interact with patients except to give medications or set punitive limits.
