Involved in creation and development of Coulson Oil corporate and business strategy. Guided senior management through identification and analysis of company’s strategic objectives within each operational unit. Developed and monitored the strategy format used for the analysis of external market environment, value chain, 4Ps of Marketing, and SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats)
