Daily Duties at Nasa Federal Credit Union:

Processed and maintained all documentation for the credit union records (collections, loans, membership documentation, etc). Developed customer relations through telephone contact, and successfully resolving approximately 40 customer issues per month, with drafting and preparing outgoing correspondences in a timely manner. Also were responsible for recording liens, keeping records of insurance, and maintaining car titles that the credit union held liens on. As well as assisted in other areas of administration by performing receptionist duties and as a safety officer.
