Daily Duties at International Resources Group (Irg):
Demonstrated proficiencies in telephone, e-mail, and fax and front-desk reception within a high-volume environment, and assisted with the implementation of a new phone system, that resulted in more cost-effective service. Answered and directed all incoming calls to their destinations, while greeting guest of the office. Received, logged in and distributed packages, received, processed, and distributed faxes for the office. Maintained conference room schedule of 10 conference rooms daily, the staff locator and a daily in & out log. Successfully planned and executed corporate meetings, lunches and special events for groups of 100+ employees, along with conference room set-ups, and ordering of food for any meetings. Also supported in other areas of administration like performing as a safety officer where was trained and certified in CPR and AED.
