Managed California tradeshow activities for Macraigor Systems. Produced signage, revamped marketing collateral, and answered questions from prospective clients and chip vendors Forged partnerships with approximately 60 semiconductor companies and 30 embedded software vendors. Prepared presentations and gave sale pitches to our partners on how Macraigor can increase their revenues by helping them achieve more design wins. Worked with engineering on the firmware needed to support these vendors. Helped Macraigor Systems develop a new web site to convey value propositions and create a location for e-commerce. Prepared direct mail campaign, using subscribers from industry publications, such as the EE Times, and designed a cost analysis of the program Helped author a product description for software technology designed for Microsoft and developed by Issac Research Developed experience with open source software, Linux. Learned about the Linux royalty free operating system kernel and the integrated development environment and its’ architecture. Worked with marketing communications director on the update of the TimeSys web site and other web site activities such as identifying ad words for search engines, including Google and Yahoo. Developed list of microprocessor vendors who were interested in Linux support for their semiconductors; worked with the TimeSys business development manager and the direct sales organization

Less important to you are stability of the organization, the length of time an organization has been in business, and the business' plans for the future. You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary.
