Maintained a dual role as the Director of Marketing and Group Manager of Self-Service Products (reporting to the President and CEO) for Tranax. As Director of Marketing I managed all aspects of the marketing function including advertising, PR, marketing communications programs, direct marketing, channel marketing and event marketing. As Group Manager I developed and implemented the group’s product strategy and roadmaps, marketing plans, and partnership agreements to launch and grow the company’s newest product line. In addition, I had P&L responsibility for the product group including establishing revenue targets and formulating strategic and tactical plans to increase product awareness, lead acquisition, and customer acquisition.
