Established and trained staffs in FL and NY to provide support for deal and settlement operations. Structured and negotiated servicing contracts, created recommendations for pricing strategies on trades, and led teams that conducted detailed loss mitigation analyses pre and post trade for the Whole Loan Trading desks. Conducted risk assessments and developed best practices to maximize the efficiency of strategies applied to products, counterparties, vendors and servicers.
