Payroll practices were reviewed to ensure the employees were appropriately paid and the documentation supporting the fulfillment of the ordered shift was appropriate. Monthly audit review ensuring a percentage of the branch working staff personnel files were current with all credentials and required licenses. Operations management for branch undergoing changes in management- this includes financial management, budget control, day to day staffing schedules and staff management.
