Daily Duties at Isc Acquisitions Corp:
I declined to stay with the new company. The corporate accounting and finance function was moving to Houston and I did not wish to relocate. I stayed with the new ownership to Manage the transition from Dallas to Houston and supervise the training of the the personell that were hired for the Houston office. There were not any members of my staff except the Credit Manager that wished to stay with the new ownership. I was also responsible for migrating SX.Enterprise from an IBM H80 RS6000 box running AIX to an Intel based server running the Linux O/S.
