Daily Duties at Digital Recruiters:
Scoured the internet looking for excellent candidates that were a fit for my clients open positions. This included job boards, personal websites, search engines, personal connections and working with professional groups and organizations. At the same time, through research, found groups that had recently received at least their first round of funding and negotiated agreements to help them staff certain roles within their organization. This included High level tech roles as well as executive positions. I worked tirelessly to match candidates with their next role and clients matched with their perfect employee.
