Daily Duties at Reliable Consultants, Inc.:
Ensuring that all audio video systems in the stores stayed in working order, while expanding said systems where appropriate. This included background music systems, TV and VCR/DVD system behind the counter to check returns, CCTV security camera and recording systems, anti-theft inserts in all products, auto door locking mechanisms utilized for the overnight shift or during emergencies. Maintain intranet systems, VPN/firewall appliances, broadband connectivity as well as the Point of Sale systems located in each store. Report generation on inventory, sales numbers and the like to dissemination to store managers and executive team daily, weekly and monthly. Occasionally resolve maintenance issues on an emergency basis as well as serve as store staff in an emergency capacity.
