Daily Duties at Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.:
Respond to tickets from players enjoying WoW. Serve as a resource for my peers. Act as stand in for my Senior when he/she is away. Take on additional tasks, as assigned. These would be assignments of a highly technical and/or complex nature.
