Daily Duties at Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.:
As one of five Senior Point, I was charged with overall operational oversight. Any newly found or emerging issue that impacted operations was brought to my attention, for guidance, support and resolution. Construct operational workflows to address any variety of in game issues that crop up, from a new manner of hacking accounts, to win-trading by competitive PVP teams, broken quests, missing items, server stability or connectivity issues. Mentor my peers (Seniors) and act as an informal managering force for the staff of 55. Oversee from 10 to thirty Games Masters and up to 2 to 3 Point Game Masters.
