Daily Duties at Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.:
Oversee 37 game masters, approve schedule change requests, act as point of escalation for irate contacts, conduct monthly meetings with Game Masters and Seniors. Act as conduit for communicating changes and shifts in workflow to the team as a whole, as well as coordinating the activities of specialty GM's to help in times of significantly broken game systems. Maintain KPI sheets for each GM and coach to expected established metrics.
