Performed all extremity exams with sagital and coronal reconstruction . Performed all biopsies, special procedure exams under Cat Scan in a sterile enviornment. Set up all trays and materials that were needed for the exam. Documented all pertinent information into the patients chart. . Worked quickly and efficently with the Emergency Room to scan all STAT exams. Worked closely with the Radiologist and reported back to the ER immediately with the results. . Helped transport patients if the need arose, or took it upon myself to go get the patient if the transporters were behind. . Kept a documented log of all the Scanners down time. Notified the appropriate departments of down time. Called in any problems with the scanner and kept down time to a minimal. RADIOLOGY TECHNOLOGISTS SKILLS: . Perfomed all diagnostic radiographs. . Performed all fluoro exams, i.e.: barium enemas, upper GI's, small bowel FT, myelograms, hystersalphingograms and spinal taps. . Worked in the Operating Room with the portable and C-ARM. . Assisted the Radiologist in the insertion of PICC lines, either in the department or in the patient's room, using the C-ARM. Documented all pertinent information into the patient's chart. . Performed all Portable radiographs in the Emergency Room and also in the patient's room. . Worked in the the Pain Managment Department using the C-ARM, assisting the Doctor with the locations for the injections. . Had approximately 6 years experience in Interventional Radiology, both scrubbing in and operating the equipment. . Did the entire department ordering and the employee schedules. . Helped the front office and processed the subpoenas. . Mentored the Radiology students.
