Daily Duties at Realty South:

Responsible for touring new listings, previewing single family homes, town homes, and condominiums, generally learning and keeping informed on what's happening in the market area. Responsible for actively marketing various properties, staging properties and organizing open houses. Responsible for counseling and educating the consumer while showing single family homes, townhouse, and condominiums. Responsible for performing follow-up work on contracts, working with mortgage brokers and lenders, asset managers, appraisers, home inspectors, home warranty companies, closing attorneys, and attending closings with clients. Responsible for effectively communicating with all parties verbally and in writing to maintain open communication. Responsible for analyzing and evaluating financial statements and determining if the client is able to be recommended for financing and determining which lender is better for the client as it relates to loan processing. Responsible for establishing professional relationships with the financial personnel in lender related matters. Responsible for serving as the point of contact for financial companies during the purchasing process. Responsible for reviewing HUD-1 Settlement to ensure the details of the contract have been fully executed and are accurate. Responsible for maintaining current knowledge of lending principles, practices and regulations.
